What’s going on with Bloomingdale’s!

I was always top of the list, now just received a purple card bc I now need to spend $5k a year to qualify. But their service has gone down hill over the last years. Shop at the KOP store and had an absolute horrible experience at Xmas time with employee lack of customer service that I shopped at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus instead where they know customer service. So now they want their top of the list to spend $5k with Walmart type employees and service.

Preferred solution: Better customer service so I want to Spend their new 5k min for top of list but bs they changed it to 5k. Think I’ll go elsewhere for luxury.

Placed order last night, forgot to include 20% coupon. Spoke to Joe and Joanne (supervisor on duty): they not able to help as Bloomindales does not fo price adjustments anymore. Joanne place me on hold and disconnected! Total call time for me was over an hour, noone is able to help nor calling bacK I would give a Zero Star if it was available

Need phone number for Bloomies office at Palm Beach Gardens mall Customer service did not have it. There is no option for shoe Dept when you call the store or for the administrative offices.

Refusal to apply a valid Loyalist coupon

Call iYesterday I tried to buy some towels on sale at Bloomingdales. I put 4 towels in my shopping bag, used a coupon for 15% that expires today, and went to place my order.

I got an error message, saying that Bloomingdales was having a technical issue and to try again. I tried several times over the course of the afternoon and evening, but at some point, I even got an error message when I tried to enter my email and password. the message said something like, "This is our problem, not yours. Please try again."

This morning, I went to my desktop computer (I had tried to order on my phone originally), found my shopping bag, and hit send.

The order went through. It was only when I looked at the confirmation that I saw that the sale prices from yesterday had not been applied, so I was paying close to $100 more for the towels. Only my 15% off coupon had been applied.

I called customer service. The rep, Sandy, was nice enough and applied yesterday's discounts after what seemed like an excessively lengthy amount of time (around 15 minutes).

Problem is, she refused to reapply my coupon, which I don't have with me (that is my fault, though it should show up in my purchase record from yesterday). When I asked her to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and came back telling me that the supervisor said that my coupon wasn't valid, anyway and that they were being "nice" giving me yesterday's discount! I was told that if I didn't call customer service immediately when there was a problem, it was basically my tough luck.

I have been a customer of Bloomingdales for probably 40 years, and have been a Loyalist for years, too. This was really frustrating and made me want to take my business elsewhere!

I got nothing but error messages yesterday. I was expecting an apology and to have the exact same discounts applied today as would have been applied had their computer systems been working properly over the weekend.

The 15% is a negligible amount--probably $10.00, so it's not a huge deal.

But the fact that the coupon was applied to the original purchase yesterday and today is invalid despite having not expired makes no sense. It would have taken very, very little for customer service to make me happy.

User's recommendation: Call immediately if you have a problem ordering from Bloomingdales online. Otherwise, they'll act as though they're doing you a favor honoring their sale prices and coupons!

I went to a product page of a collection of 2 items. When I added to my cart the product and ID changed to just 1 of the items but I couldn't tell because it shared the same price as the collection. I even called CS to confirm that I was going to receive the collection and not just the 1 item. I of course received just the 1 item and called CS, spoke to 2 representatives and neither tried to help or care in any way beyond issuing a return label. The amount of hoops I had to jump through just to get my money back (and with zero apology/compensation for having an inaccurate/broken website). I'm done with Bloomingdales.

Today I picked up my order -3 jaws bio-performance, each $108.00. This customer service lady gave me a very small samples gift bag: 1 jaw moisturizer 18ml in Paige color, 1 sample lipstick, 1 small travel bag to put makeup). Why do I write this complaint: 1. I have loyalty with shisedo more than 18years+ . This is 1st I received this little gift for a transaction around $330-340 2. If shisedo give out this little gift, then I think you should not give out gifts anymore. Which I gave back to her in the gift bag. 3. She told me to wait until October promotion. So what? I just return and wait ?

Black card .renewal

After being a black card holder for years, I was forwarded a purple card. Going through this pandemic for over two years made it extremely difficult for me to go to the store. I feel, as a very long time Customer of Bloomingdales, Im being punished without giving consideration for my years of loyalty to Bloomingdales. I purchase 2021 January 28 and I dont leave in USA , I asked return policy at fashion valley and also from assistant that i have 365 days for exchange or return . Course of Covid I couldnt move from my county all this 1 year !

I came back in December 15 2021 and the fashion valley manager after 1 hour waiting she told me we change the low we cant make exchange , go online complain . I wrote 10 times email complain and answer we cant solve your problem go fashion valley , after all what I explain that fashion valley answer with bad attitude told me without sorry we cant do exchange ! I have my purchase with ticket where is writing 365 days

I am so upset from Bloomingdales fashion valley and customer service Bloomingdales

So I was making my purchase always with you but from now Ill stop and Ill always tell all my friends to stop shooing with you !!!!

Im very disappointed that each time i come to the E 59th st Ive been looked at what Im wearing and never get assistance. Bloomingdales was very quick to assist me into opening an account yet each and every time i walk into this place the service is horrible. I am Hispanic and feel that we are not treated equal as other races that walk into this place.

Need help finding my Bloomingdales card numberI'm

Ive called twice and have two case numbers: 0447**** 0472**** Ive been overcharged on my account and just want the over charge removed. I purchased the same earrings twice. I returned the ones that I paid full price for and kept the earring that I paid 25% off. But my account was only refunded the ones for 25%off incorrectly. On my recent call to customer service they understood the issue and assured me it would be corrected. That it would take 24-48 hours for my account to be adjusted correctly. That I would receive verification when it was done. So far no verification from Bloomingdales has been received. So I have no idea if my issue has been resolved yet.
