Preferred solution: Better customer service so I want to Spend their new 5k min for top of list but bs they changed it to 5k. Think I’ll go elsewhere for luxury.

Call iYesterday I tried to buy some towels on sale at Bloomingdales. I put 4 towels in my shopping bag, used a coupon for 15% that expires today, and went to place my order.
I got an error message, saying that Bloomingdales was having a technical issue and to try again. I tried several times over the course of the afternoon and evening, but at some point, I even got an error message when I tried to enter my email and password. the message said something like, "This is our problem, not yours. Please try again."
This morning, I went to my desktop computer (I had tried to order on my phone originally), found my shopping bag, and hit send.
The order went through. It was only when I looked at the confirmation that I saw that the sale prices from yesterday had not been applied, so I was paying close to $100 more for the towels. Only my 15% off coupon had been applied.
I called customer service. The rep, Sandy, was nice enough and applied yesterday's discounts after what seemed like an excessively lengthy amount of time (around 15 minutes).
Problem is, she refused to reapply my coupon, which I don't have with me (that is my fault, though it should show up in my purchase record from yesterday). When I asked her to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold and came back telling me that the supervisor said that my coupon wasn't valid, anyway and that they were being "nice" giving me yesterday's discount! I was told that if I didn't call customer service immediately when there was a problem, it was basically my tough luck.
I have been a customer of Bloomingdales for probably 40 years, and have been a Loyalist for years, too. This was really frustrating and made me want to take my business elsewhere!
I got nothing but error messages yesterday. I was expecting an apology and to have the exact same discounts applied today as would have been applied had their computer systems been working properly over the weekend.
The 15% is a negligible amount--probably $10.00, so it's not a huge deal.
But the fact that the coupon was applied to the original purchase yesterday and today is invalid despite having not expired makes no sense. It would have taken very, very little for customer service to make me happy.

User's recommendation: Call immediately if you have a problem ordering from Bloomingdales online. Otherwise, they'll act as though they're doing you a favor honoring their sale prices and coupons!

I purchase 2021 January 28 and I dont leave in USA , I asked return policy at fashion valley and also from assistant that i have 365 days for exchange or return . Course of Covid I couldnt move from my county all this 1 year !
I came back in December 15 2021 and the fashion valley manager after 1 hour waiting she told me we change the low we cant make exchange , go online complain . I wrote 10 times email complain and answer we cant solve your problem go fashion valley , after all what I explain that fashion valley answer with bad attitude told me without sorry we cant do exchange ! I have my purchase with ticket where is writing 365 days

So I was making my purchase always with you but from now Ill stop and Ill always tell all my friends to stop shooing with you !!!!
